A new coffee shop just opened today in Belton. It is called Bodega Bean. The menu includes coffees, lattes, teas, desserts, salads, sandwiches, and soups. Free WiFi is said to be coming soon. Local artists will be featured as well as live music. Bill and I stopped by to check it out right after the ribbon cutting. It looks like it will be a great place. I hope it does well. Hours 7am to midnight.

Bodega Bean
Downtown Belton is expanding.. There is also a Mexican restaurant going in around the corner from First Christian Church with a patio overlooking the newly renovated Nolan Creek and a steakhouse will soon follow. Kayaking and tubing are also said to be coming to Nolan Creek.
Quiet, little Belton is growing up.
